1. What are the countries of the zone of responsibility of the Embassy of Ukraine in Senegal in visa regime?

The zone of responsibility in the visa regime of the Embassy of Ukraine in Senegal includes the following countries: Burkina Faso, Gabon, Ghana, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Mali, Sierra Leone.

2. What are the documents necessary to obtain the visa of study?

Ukraine opens wide possibilities for the students wishing to get higher education in various fields. Foreign students can enjoy the high quality of training opening their bright professional future.

The applicants/candidates must submit the following documents:

Valid national passport (valid at least three months after the desired date of the expiration of the visa) and with at least three free page;

Request form of visa (to sign in the presence of the consul);

Two recent color photos on bottom clear 30x40mm;

Certificate of the test for HIV/AIDS;

- Documentary evidence of payment of the consular rights for the expenses of the visa (85USD or 45050 CFA, not refundable);

- Certified copy of the birth certificate;

- Original invitation of the Ministry of Education and the Science of Ukraine with the indication of the body for which the invitation is issued;

- Certified copy of the certificate of the basic school (secondary) education with the list of evaluation;

- Medical certificate delivered at the latest two months before the entry to Ukraine;

- Reservation of tickets for Ukraine with the open date of return;

- Letter of guarantee of the parents or another person who takes care of the expenses of studies and stay (certified by a solicitor);

- The statement of the bank account (for the last 6months) of parents or another person who takes care of the expenses of studies and inhabitancy;

- Insurance of journey for the period of staying abroad from the date of entry to Ukraine (to buy only after the acceptance of the file by the consul).

Note
: Documents indicated in points 4, 6, 8 and 9 must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of delivery (relief). These documents will then be legalized by the Embassy of Ukraine.

The expenses of the legalization, which are to be paid only in case of acceptance of the file, are 40 USD or 21 200 CFA francs per document.

3. What are the documents required to obtain a visa for the purpose of enabling the family unification?

- Valid national passport (valid at least three months after the desired date of the expiration of the visa) and with at least three free pages;

- Request form of visa (to sign in the presence of the consul);

- Two recent color photos on bottom clear 30x40mm;

- Receipt of the payment of the consular expenses;

- The marriage certificate with a citizen of Ukraine, if the marriage was contracted abroad, the marriage certificate must be legalized or apostilled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of delivery.
