On May 07, 2022 the article of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Senegal H.E. Mr. Yurii Pyvovarov on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the victory over Nazism was published in the leading Senegalese newspaper Le Quotidien.

In the article, the Ambassador covered such topics as the contribution of the Ukrainian people to the victory of the Anti-Hitler Coalition in World War II, the inadmissibility of Russia's claim to the role of "sole winner" and the long confrontation of the Ukrainian people with today's Russian aggression.
