On October 10, Deputy Minister, Head of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO, Mariana Betsa, had phone talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Gambians Abroad of the Republic of The Gambia, Sering Modou Njie.

The parties discussed the development of cooperation between the two countries on a wide range of issues on the agenda within international organizations.

Following the meeting, Mariana Betsa and Sering Modou Njie agreed on further steps aimed at strengthening cooperation between Ukraine and The Gambia on multilateral international platforms.
