Official requirements for passing of persons through the state border (the clarification of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine)

PAY ATTENTION, passing of persons through the state border is performed by authorized officials of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in accordance with valid passport or other documents provided by the legislation and international treaties.
EMPHASIZING, permit to pass for adult citizens of Ukraine is performed in accordance with passports for traveling abroad according to the Order No. 57 of the Cabinet of Ministers as of 27.01.1995 https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/57-95-%D0%BF#Text
IMPORTANT: due to the situation within the territory of Ukraine during marital law, when citizens of Ukraine are not able to register passport of the citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad quickly and timely, possibly to cross the border according to internal passports is prolonged.
