Charlie Hebdo: Ambassador of Ukraine signed the book of condolences at the Embassy of France in Dakar

On Monday morning the Ukrainian Ambassador to Senegal H.E. Mr. Oleksandr Ovcharov visited the Embassy of France where he signed the book of condolences and reaffirmed all commiseration and support of the Ukrainian people to the French people on the sad occasion of the attack against Charlie Hebdo.

"On behalf of Ukrainian people and government, let me express our sincere condolences to friendly French people and the government of France, following the barbaric attacks against Charlie Hebdo and the innocent civilian population in Paris," wrote Oleksandr Ovcharov in the book of condolences.

"Ukraine definitely condemns this terrorist act and confirm its determination to fight against international terrorism which must be defeated everywhere and by any means," he added.
