Since September 20, 2021 a new quarantine rule comes into force.
The adaptive quarantine, which has been established since May 22, 2020 in Ukraine had started again from February 24, 2021. It has 4 levels of the epidemiological threat of the spread of COVID-19 either throughout the territory of the country or throughout the territory of certain regions, among them: ' green level', ' yellow level', ' orange level, ' red level '.
️ The new rule no. 954 of September 13, 2021 approved by the Cabinet the Ministry of Ukraine established changes to quarantine rules depending on the level of epidemiological risk.
“Yellow level" of the restrictions would not be applied if all visitors and not less than 80 % workers of movies, theaters, museums or other cultural establishments, gyms and swimming pools have the certificate of the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine or a proof that they have been cured from the disease or have a negative PCR COVID-19 test certificate up to 72 hours from the date of event.
“Red level" of the restrictions would not be applied if all visitors and 100 % workers of hotels and other accommodations, restaurants, cultural establishments and entertainments have the COVID 19 vaccine certificate (all two doses) or the proof they have been cured from the disease or have a Covid-19 PCR test certificate up to 72 hours from the date of event.
Attention! A proof that a person has been cured from the disease of a negative PCR Covid-19 test certificate will be accepted as the COVID certificate.
For Ukrainians, it will be ′′ Diya ′′ (the program is under development), for foreigners - COVID digital certificate or the same document, established by the countries of European Union.
Children under the age of 18 are excluded from all rules except wearing a mask.
The level of a threat is determined by the decision of the Commission for Technological and Ecological Safety and the Extraordinary Situations.
